Fout of Winchester, VA; and his sister-in-law Carol R. Marple (Billy) of Winchester, VA..

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory (2807 Northwestern Turnpike, Capon Bridge, WV 26711). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
