He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Belcher and Thelma Belcher; his daughter Patty Warren; and his brother Ronald Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Valera; his daughter Jessica Monetti of Lynchburg, VA; his grandchildren, Patrick Tucker of Danville, VA and Emily Belcher of Danville, VA; his sister Linda Belcher of Hillsville, VA; and his pets, Snowy, Maximillian and Gizmo. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
