She is survived by: her son David Norton Sandy, Sr. (Ellen) of Stephens City, VA; her son-in-law Mike Witt (Carol) of Winchester, VA; her grandchildren, Jeremy Collins (Susie) of Front Royal, VA, Jamie Doffermire (Rick) of Front Royal, VA and David Norton Sandy, Jr. (Kayla) of Winchester, VA; and her great grandchildren, William, Lilly, Peyton and Wesley.
