He is survived by: his children, Stacey Ann Madagan Umbenour (Terry), Amy Linette Madagan Haines (Frank) and Harold "Hal" F. Madagan, III (Josie); his grandchildren, Charles "Chaz" Frederick Shull, Taylor Ann Reed Shull, Harold F. "Howie" Madagan, IV, Gavin Parker Haines, Haden Matthew Madagan, Grayson Reed Haines, Harrison Joseph Madagan and Hartley Grace Carol Madagan; his great grandchildren, Maddox Reed Shull and Rowan Alexander Shull; his sister Nancy Madagan Butler; his nieces and nephews, Edwina Orndorff, Harry "Brett" William Butler, IV and Morgan Wyatt Butler; and his brother-in-law Walter Steven Reed.
