She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Cosner and Betty Cosner (Hanlin); and her brothers, Ronald and Leroy Cosner. She is survived by: her husband Charles D. Frick; her children, Janice Curbow and David Helmick, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jessica "Jessie" Curtis (Michael), Chase Curbow, Tyler Helmick, Aaron and Kathryn Reynolds; her great grandchildren, James Curtis, Owen, Brennan Reynolds, Scott and Lincoln Goode; and her brother Leon Cosner.
