With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henry Paul Gerick Jr. (Winchester, Virginia), who passed away on April 23, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Paul Gerick and Margaret Ann Gerick (Greenwald); his wife Patricia "Pat" A. Gerick (Millard); and his brother Frank Gerick. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa "Terry" McCarter (Scott) and Debora "Debbie" Fishback (Bobby); his grandchildren, Jackie McCarter, Justin McCarter, James McCarter (Ashley), Jenna McCarter, Kyle Kratzer (Marie), Titus Fishback and Caleb Fishback; his great grandchild Tessa May Kratzer; and his sisters, Betty Cocchini and Joan Randall. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Paul to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to a cancer charity of the donor's choice.
