He was predeceased by: his parents, John (Jackie) and Lillian. He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Kurz); his children, Laura (Drew) and Tom (Lisa); his granddaughters, Anya, Vika and Joy; and his brother Robert (Barbara). He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
