He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Brown and William Brown. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Mary Elisabeth Riley (Robert) of Winchester, Virginia and Brenda Wilmshurst (Don) of Nova Scotia; and his grandsons, Maxwell James Riley, William Campbell Riley and Mason Sparks.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (26 W Boscawen St, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, or Blue Ridge Hospice who helped to take care of him in the last few weeks of his life and supported the family greatly.
