She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Pitts and Thelma Pitts; and her sisters, Mary Helms and Anne Bonchu. She is survived by: her son Dr. John Eldon "Jack" McAllister (Lisa McAllister); her husband Jack McAllister; her daughters, Sarah McAllister (James Faust), Sharon Painter (Dennis Painter) and Mary McAllister; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Penney, John Penney, Madeline Painter, Katie Painter, Sophia McAllister, Tess McAllister, Havalin Haskell and Bryce Haskell.
