She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Blanche Smallwood; her siblings, David Smallwood, Betty Shackelford and Deena Wilkins; her husband Frank Moore; her son Frank Moore Jr.; her daughter-in-law Stephanie; and her grandchildren, Ethan and Abi.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Janet's memory to Market Street United Methodist Church or Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church.
