With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Allen Grim of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on March 17, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

For John is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Grim, and Ruth Grim, Sr.; and his siblings, Hilda McKee, Linda Grim, Arbutus Taylor and Donald Grim.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Hawkins of Stephens City and Harley Preston Grim, Jr. (Faye Ashby) of Winchester. He is also survived by niece/caregiver and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
