She is survived by: her children, Amy Owens of Winchester, VA and Carl Owens of Winchester, VA; and her brothers, Carl Barrett, Jr. (Pamela J.) of Winchester, VA and Donald Barrett (Triana).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Amherst Chapel (1600 Amherst St, Winchester, VA 22601). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at the Old Stone Church Cemetery (306 E Piccadilly St, Winchester, VA 22601).
