She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Cummings and Elizabeth Cummings; and her son Mathew Smith. She is survived by: her husband Ronald; her children, Stacey Murray (Patrick) of Bay Village, Ohio, Edward Ladesic (Whitney) of Winchester, Virginia and Amy Heitman (Patrick) of California, Maryland.; and her grandchildren, Jack, Sam Murray, Adler, Archer and Parker Heitman.
