It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly B. Howard of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Kelly shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kelly farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Diane Blake Boon of Tucson, AZ and Bruce Brownell; her spouse Plimon D. "Plim" Howard IV; her children, Jake Howard of Winchester, VA, Jenna Howard of Winchester, VA and Emily Ensor of Richmond, VA; her stepchildren, Plimon D. Howard V of Stephens City, VA and Maria Piett of Hermosa Beach, CA; her brother Jason Brownell of Purcellville, VA; and her grandson Beau Quinn.
