He is survived by : his wife Frances Carolyn Pennington Shelton; his children, Luke Andrew Shelton (Lauren) of Richmond, VA and Rachel Christine Straub (Matthew) of Winchester; his grandson Kieran Shelton; and his brothers, Bradley Shelton and Kent Shelton.
