She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Crites and Eula Grace Eye Crites; her husband John Monroe Hambleton; her sons, John M. Hambleton, Jr. and Steve Hambleton; and her siblings, John and Ellen Henry.
She is survived by: her sisters, Eleanor Crites, Wanda Crites and Juanita Baker; her children, Doug Hambleton of Winchester, VA, Fay Watson of Trussville, AL, Lisa Cleveland (Doug) of Winchester, VA and Kelley Bryant (Jim) of Cross Junction, VA; her siblings, Bruce Crites of Moorefield, WV, Wayne Crites of Petersburg, WV, Phyllis Taylor of Purgitsville, WV, Joan Simmons of Petersburg, WV and Margaret Dayton of Mathias, WV; her daughter-in-law Susan Hambleton; and her great grandchild Elijah. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
