It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Carter of Winchester, Virginia, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles, Jr. Jordan. She is survived by: her mother Janice Childers Jordan; her son Ryan Carter (Brittany) of Stephens City; and her stepmother Christine Jordan of Roanoke. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins.
