We are sad to announce that, on May 22, 2026, at the age of 53, Mark Thomas Brown of Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Rodger Herman Brown. He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Dell Brown (Wick) of Winchester, VA; his siblings, Leigh Ann Fox (Jeff) of Greencastle, PA, Lisa Alane Davenport (J. David) of Mount Airy, MD and Matthew James Brown of Stephens City, VA.; his nieces and nephews, Ryan (Chelsea), Eric (Amber), McKenna, Casey and Taylor; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaxin, Joplin, Grace, Reese, Cruz, Paisley and Kayson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Mark's honor to the organizations that support the community he called home: Round Hill Community Volunteer Fire & Rescue (Station 15), 769 Round Hill Road, Winchester, VA 22602 or Frederick County Sheriff's Office, 1080 Coverstone Drive, Winchester, VA 22602 (Donations can also be directed toward the Frederick County/Winchester Law Enforcement Foundation, P.O.
