He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barb and Margaret Barb; his wife Louwana Grubb; his brother Billy Barb; and his half-sister Robin Salamone.
He is survived by: his sons, Craig L. Barb (Patricia) and David B. Barb (Melissa); his grandchildren, Derek L. Barb, Trenton A. Barb, Tanner W. Barb and Addison L. Barb; his half-sisters, Bessie Link and Sarah Burkley; his nephew Billy Garrison Barb Jr.; his brother-in-law Douglas L. Grubb (Suzanne); his nieces, Jennifer O'Neill (Leon) and Michelle L. Triggs (Timothy Metz Jr.); and his great-nieces, Madeline O'Neill and Elizabeth Triggs.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jones Funeral Home (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tuscarora Presbyterian Church Cemetery (228 S. Pleasant Valley Road, Martinsburg, WV 22601).
