He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paugh and Belvie Paugh; and his sisters, Ruby Whitacre and Ann Kerns. He is survived by: his siblings, Wilma Paugh, Lawrence Paugh and Allen Paugh (Linda). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
