She was predeceased by: her parents, Merl R. Lanagan and Irene B. Tibbetts; her daughters, Gwyneth H. Chestnut and Abbie J. Rosenberger; her grandson Josh Moser; and her brother Merl R. Lanagan.
She is survived by: her husband John Lloyd Black, Jr.; her daughter Jamie Lee Swisher (Perry) of High View, WV; her grandson John L. Black, IV; her stepgrandchild Kelly Cook; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Silas Black, Brianna, Noah Fox, Perry Moser, Lillianna, Brielle and Myles Young; and her great great grandchildren, Celia and Arthur Fox.
