He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Anne Meade (Bumgardner) and Howard James Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Armstrong; his daughter Estelle Armstrong; his siblings, Tamasa Johnson (Jeff), Sabrina Hundley (James) and Steve Armstrong; and his grandchildren, Jordan Cake and Tate Tiry. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
