He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Beveridge Miller and Adelaide Darling Miller; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Millicent Reynolds (Money); his siblings, Beveridge and Donna (Mary); his siblings-in-law, Thomas Reynolds (Patricia) and Alice Reynolds (Gary Smith); and his children, Anne-Owen (Jim Cox), Leigh (Bob Garry) and Mike, Jr. (Lauren Blaeser).
