He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrl Thomas Kirby, Sr. and Dorothy Lee Kirby (Jainniney). He is survived by: his close friend Jess Phillips; his brothers, Danny Ray Kirby, Byrl Thomas Kirby Jr. (Tina Kirby) and Roger Lee Kirby (Michelle Kirby); his former wife Wendy V. Fox (Stephen Fox); his children, Zachary Michael Kirby, Megan Lee Rosenberger (Zach Rosenberger) and Sarah Anne Kirby (Brian Maphis); and his close friend Danny Bechdel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
