She was predeceased by: her husband H. Barr Jr.; and her parents, Ernest Lillard and Mary Frances Lillard. She is survived by: her daughters, Teri Southworth (James) and Ashley Barr; her grandchildren, Caris, Colin, Madison and Faith; her brother Douglas Lillard; and her friend Linda Kline.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
