She was predeceased by: her son Douglas Bell. She is survived by: her husband Jack Bell; her son Bryan Bell (Gwyn); her grandchildren, Matthew Bell (Anna), Jacob Bell (Kelsea) and Emily Bell; and her great grandchild Calan Bell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Winchester SPCA.
