It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Kalbaugh of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Jr. Riley and Kathleen Riley; and her husband Charles Lee Kalbaugh Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Gallagher (Brian) of Leesburg, VA, Kevin Kalbaugh (Olivia) of Sterling, VA and Eric Kalbaugh (Jillian) of Winchester, VA; her grandchildren, Brady, Brooke, Gaby, Adriana, Sophia, Charles, Jack and Alexander; and her brother John Riley of Rehoboth Beach, DE. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
