She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph LeVerne Teach and Anita Teach (Berryhill); her husband James M. Pugh; her grandson James "Jamie" Bacha; and her sisters, Norma Jean Kunzler and Caryl June Edmundson.

She is survived by: her pets, Pepsi and Cokie; her children, Lyn Bacha (Jules) of Winchester, VA and Lee Pugh (Deby) of Woodstock, VA; her grandchildren, Matthew Pugh (Carolyn) and Elizabeth Bacha; and her great grandchildren, Madison Pugh and Sydney Pugh. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Pat's name may be made to, Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W. Cork St., Suite 405, Winchester, VA 22601.
