He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Madaleen, Charles Silvius, Kathleen and John Brill. He is survived by: his parents, Judith Silvius and Charles "Buck" Silvius; his brothers, David Herrell (Karen) and Charles "Cass" Silvius (Sarah); his nieces and nephews, Katie, Lilly Herrell, Amira Vanhook, Charles "Dylan" and Jasper Silvius; and his pet Winston.
