He is survived by: his wife Norena Ramsburg Cooper of Winchester, Virginia; his children, Laura Cooper Dawson (Jeffry), Paul Leighton Cooper and Jay Nordeck Cooper; and his stepchildren, Laura E Dreelin (Ryan) of Colorado and Thomas A Ramsburg (Laramey) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
