She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry C. Loy, Sr. and Pauline R. Shoemaker Loy; her husband Marshall A. McAboy; her brother James A. Loy; and her close friend Wesley "Frankie" Triplett.

She is survived by : her brother Jim Boy; her children, Marshall A. "Marty" McAboy, II (Tammy) of Woodstock, VA and Denise M. Andriola (Anthony) of Winchester, VA; her siblings, Harry C. "Connie" Loy of Winchester, VA, Douglas R. "Rick" Loy of Stephens City, VA and Linda A. Cave of Gore, VA; her grandsons, Christopher, Anthony, Brandon, Andre, Marshall and Nathaniel; and her great grandchild Autumn.
