We are sad to announce that, on January 18, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Phyllis Steele of Winchester, Virginia, born in Baker, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Guy Bott and Ruth Funkhouser Bott. She is survived by: her husband Colin G. Steele; and her grandchildren, Calvert L. Rogers (Benny) of Mechanicsville, VA and Colin G. Steele, III of Massanutten, VA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Phyllis Bott Steele Outstanding Cheerleader Scholarship Fund at James Wood High School in care of Frederick County Education Foundation, P.O. Box 3887, Winchester, VA 22604.
