He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Linaburg and Nellie C. Linaburg; his wife Helen Oliver; his son-in-law Phillip R. Racey Sr.; and his siblings, Boyd Linaburg, Earl Linaburg, Holmes Linaburg, Nelson Linaburg, Charles Linaburg and Virginia Schuller.
He is survived by: his daughter Gail L. Racey of Winchester; his grandson Phillip R. Racey Jr. (Chelsea); and his great grandchildren, Isla and Jackson.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shenandoah Memorial Park (1270 Front Royal Pike, Winchester, VA 22602).
