We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2024, at the age of 91, Richard Glenn Burcham of Winchester, Virginia, born in Stephens City, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Rufus G. Burcham and Alma Cole, his step-father, Dennis Cole, and his son, Jeffrey G. Burcham. He is survived by : his wife H. Rosalie Burcham; his children, Brenda L. Oates, Randall E. Peacemaker, Rebecca Peacemaker, and Bunny R. Keckley; his grandchildren, Renee, Ryan, Brittany, Mandy and Katie; his siblings, Nancy, Kenneth, Larry and Steve; He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA in his honor.
