Richard Newcomer Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 1, 2026, at the age of 72, Richard Newcomer in Winchester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mabel Riley Newcomer; his sister Joanne Grippo (George); and his brother-in-law Larry. He is survived by: his father Howard Elton; his daughter Kelly Newcomer-Hendricks; his son-in-law Bobby Hendricks; his grandchildren, Gavin, Sadie and Lila; and his siblings, Patricia Swartz (Larry) and Dave Newcomer (Judy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
