He is survived by: his children, Monte Keiter (Sara) of Martinsburg, WV, Dr. Sherry Schott (Tim) of Winchester, Christopher Keiter (Veronica) of Charles Town, WVA and Mary Salisbury (Daniel) of Gerrardstown, WV; his stepdaughters, Jeannette Racey (Peter Stanley) of Strasburg, VA and Jennifer Racey Crownsville, MD (Mark Decker); his sister Betty Hess (Sandra Keiter); his cousin Patricia Neely (Rudy); his brother-in-law Winfred "Junior" Hess; Gloria Keiter of Winchester. He is also survived by Seven grand children, nine step grand children, four great grand children.
