She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason R. Whetzel, Sr. and Ruby Albright Whetzel; her sister Betty June Fox; and her sons, Dennis and Terry (Ada Mae Patterson).
She is survived by: her husband Leonard H. "Lenny" Johnson; her brother Jason "Bud" Whetzel, Jr. of Burkeville, VA; and her nieces and nephews, Bruce, Cheryl, Gary, Mark, Danny, Dawn, Denise, Crystal and Candy.
