She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Thomas (Dick); her parents, Walter Sager and Grace Sager; and her siblings, Donald and Betty Lou.

She is survived by : her children, Ashley Garber (Justin) and Chris Thomas (Traci); her grandchildren, Luke and Layne Thomas; and her siblings, Steve, George, Greg and Ruthie.

The family requests that, instead of flowers, donations be made to further Alzheimer's disease research.
