He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Melnikoff; his wife Barbara Melnikoff; and his siblings, Jeffrey Melnikoff and Amy Carrick. He is survived by: his sons, Steven A. Melnikoff and Ken Melnikoff (Jennifer) of Winchester; and his father Steven Melnikoff Sr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grand-child.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601).
