Susan Snider Phillips Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Susan Snider Phillips of Winchester, Virginia. Susan passed away on October 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bulla Snider and Hazel Lodge Snider. She is survived by: her children, Page Dekker (David) of Bethesda, MD, Whitney Nelson (Wink) of Richmond, VA and Billy Phillips (Diana) of Stephens City, VA.; her grandchildren, Sydney (Kody Martin), Winn, Lodge, Tommy, Will and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Emmalyn and Lane Martin.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Winchester Country Club (1300 Senseny Rd, Winchester, VA 22602).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Susie's honor may be made to Blue Ridge Care, 333 W. Cork St., Suite 405, Winchester, VA 22601.
