He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore William Smith and Anna Marie Weaver Smith; his wife Althea Phyllis Smith; and his sister Joanne R. Simon. He is survived by: his children, Drew Scott Smith of Lolo, MT, Dwight Blake Smith of Winchester, VA and Dawn Alison Williams of Winchester, VA; and his brother Thomas Henry Smith of Coopersburg, PA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
