He is survived by: his parents, Kayla Holliday and Dylan Holliday; his sister Kendall Holliday; his grandparents, Shawn Hibbard, Jenn Crenshaw, Mark, Melissa Roberts and Lisa Holliday; and his great-grandparents, Jane Holliday, Debra Messick, Michael, Jill Roberts, Don and Cindy Butler.
