She was predeceased by: her parents, Hebert Lee and Essie May Martin McDaniel; her husband William Edward Bly, I; her children, William "Ed" Bly, II and Barbara Bly; and her siblings, Herbert L. McDaniel, Jr., John McDaniel and Lillie May Wallace.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Moran (Jimmy) of Winchester, Sandra Anderson (Glen) of Fredericksburg, VA and Lester Bly (Tina) of Middletown, VA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
