He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Barr Sr. and June Baker Barr; and his brother Bobby Barr. He is survived by: his son Jeff (Laura); his grandchildren, Amber, Jessica, Michael of Summit Point and W. Va; his daughter Debbie Hillyard (P. W.); his grandchildren, Ashley and Megan of Winchester; his son Kevin (Christine); his grandchildren, Kavon, Colton, Cason and Damon of Winchester; and his brother Denny Barr (Carolyn) of Berryville. He is also survived by his wife are his three children and nine grandchildren.
