She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis M. Newlin (Ed); her daughter-in-law Tammy Dyer; her grandchildren, Edward Newlin (Val), Heather Hyatt (Taylor), David Dyer (Katie) and Nicole Dyer (Robert); her great grandchildren, Madison, Michael, Mark, Eli, Bryson, Gabriella and Loukas; and her brothers, Hubert Fanning Jr., Douglas Fanning and Darrell Fanning.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
