He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Hicks and Jane Hicks (Cornett) of Welch, WV; his wife Tisha Jones; his sons, Alexander Wayne of Blacksburg, VA and Zachary Edward of Columbia, MD; and his brothers-in-law, Dathan Jones (Melissa) of Princeton, WV and Charlie Sparks (Sherry) of Concord, NC.
