Sandler; his brother-in-law Neil Sandler; his sibling's children, Emma of Frederick, MD and Nathan Sandler of Frederick, MD; his uncles, Clif Seipel (Joyce) of Montville, NJ and Joe Records of Ocean City, MD; his son Wayne W. Seipel, Jr. (Bridgette); the mother of his child Lori Cochran; and his granddaughters, Jordin Elaine and Lauren Grace Seipel of Inwood, WV.
