She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Turner and Mabel Williams; her husband Percy Wise; her daughter Katocha Sampson; and her siblings, Gregory Williams, Wayne Williams, Roger Cain, Robin Williams (Marie) of Arlington, TX and Jeanette Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Denise Johnson of Winchester, VA and Sarah Walker of Chesapeake, VA; her stepchildren, Wanda Walker of Winchester, VA, Sandra Walker of Winchester, VA and Richard Walker of Richmond, VA; and her nieces, Monica Williams, Mary Christian and Barbara Turner. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
