He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Bailey and Earl Bailey; and his siblings, Evelyn Staples (Allen), Doug Bailey (Geraldine), Dorothy Keckley (Pete), Earl, Jr. Bailey (Eleanor) and Virginia Solenberger (John).
He is survived by: his sister Betty Bailey Nichols (Keller); and his nephew Bill.
