Benny Brown wrote a sympathy message

“To Theresa and Family, so sorry to hear of Shep's passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences.. I will always remember my old high school classmate and the times we played football on the Douglas HS field, until his big German Shepherd would show up and not let tackle Shep. Rest in peace, my friend. Benny Brown, Douglas HS Class of 1958. (3 Willow Oak Court, Greensboro, NC 27408)”
